Delete Your Digital Dream AI Account

You can request deletion of your Digital Dream AI account and associated user-owned data by emailing support@learnaiwise.com with the subject Digital Dream AI account deletion request. Send the request from the email linked to your account when possible. We may ask for limited additional information needed to verify account ownership before deleting data.

What deletion covers

Account deletion is intended to remove or de-identify the account profile and user-owned Digital Dream AI data associated with it, including saved dream reports, stored audio governed by the current retention rule, speech-to-text layers, corrected transcripts, AI interpretations, derivative visualizations, similarity/memory links, speech-profile data and preferences, subject to limited retention required by law, fraud/security obligations or a valid dispute.

Deletion requests are propagated to relevant production processors where the data lifecycle requires processor deletion. Some backup copies may remain temporarily until normal backup rotation completes, subject to applicable law and security controls.

Subscription billing is separate

Deleting your Digital Dream AI account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. To stop future store billing, manage/cancel the subscription in the applicable Apple/Google account. If you request account deletion while a subscription is active, we will still process the data-deletion request, but store billing remains controlled separately by the store.

Individual dream deletion

Where the product exposes individual-dream deletion, you may delete a saved dream without deleting the entire account. Account deletion remains available separately.
