Terms of Use — Digital Dream AI

Effective date: August 22, 2026

These Terms govern Digital Dream AI, operated by EDTECH MARKET LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in England & Wales under number OC436759, registered office International House, 64 Nile Street, London, N1 7SR, United Kingdom.

1. The Service

Digital Dream AI lets users record or type dreams, review transcripts, receive AI-generated interpretations, save dream history, search or compare prior dreams, and use derivative visualization/memory features when available. Features may change as the product develops.

2. AI-content boundary

AI interpretations, themes, similarity suggestions and visualizations are generated assistance, not objective facts. They are not medical or psychological diagnosis, treatment, professional advice, prophecy, or proof of universal symbolic meaning. Similar dreams/themes are retrieval aids. A generated image may add details that were not in your original report and is not evidence of what you actually dreamed.

3. Your content

You retain your rights in dream reports and other content you provide. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, transmit, process, transform and display that content to provide the features you request, including sending necessary content to contracted processors. We do not obtain a license to publicly publish your private dream journal merely because you use the Service.

You are responsible for the content you submit and must not use the Service to violate law, infringe rights, compromise security or abuse providers.

4. Accounts

Core features work without an account, using only a random installation identifier on your device; you may later link a recoverable sign-in method to keep your data across devices. Until an anonymous account is linked, it may be impossible to recover it after sign-out, device loss or local-data deletion. You are responsible for maintaining access to linked credentials.

5. Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple App Store or Google Play. The exact product, price, billing period, trial/introductory offer, taxes and renewal terms shown by the store at purchase are the authoritative commercial terms for that transaction. See `Subscription and Billing Terms` for more detail.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation of an app-store subscription is handled through the relevant store account. Cancellation normally affects future renewal and does not delete your Digital Dream AI account or saved content. Refund eligibility is determined by the applicable store process, mandatory consumer law and the published Refund and Cancellation Policy; we do not create a universal 30-day guarantee unless it is expressly displayed as an approved offer.

7. Availability and changes

We work to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability of networks, app stores or third-party AI providers. When a provider is unavailable, the product should preserve user-owned captured content and recovery state where its documented durability contract permits.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass access controls, misuse billing, upload malicious files, exploit provider interfaces, scrape private data, interfere with other users, reverse security protections, or use the Service for unlawful activity.

9. Intellectual property

The application software, branding, interface assets and service materials (excluding user content and third-party components) are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service under these Terms.

10. Consumer rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under the consumer law that applies to you. Any governing-law or dispute provision is subject to mandatory protections available in your country of habitual residence where the law requires them.

EEA/UK consumer rights

If you are an EEA/UK consumer, mandatory withdrawal, conformity, refund and digital-service rights may apply to you. The availability or effect of a statutory withdrawal right can depend on the type of digital service, when performance begins, the notices/consents given at purchase and applicable platform procedures. Nothing in these Terms treats an Apple/Google refund interface as a waiver of a mandatory statutory right.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and may request account deletion. We may restrict access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or material breach. Termination of the app account and cancellation of a store subscription are separate operations.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided without a guarantee that AI output is accurate or suitable for a particular personal decision. We do not limit liability where limitation is prohibited by law.

13. Platform terms

When downloaded from Apple App Store or Google Play, you also remain subject to the applicable platform terms. For iOS distribution, the product currently relies on Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement rather than a custom Apple EULA unless a later reviewed decision replaces it.

15. Governing law and mandatory consumer protection

Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This choice does not deprive a consumer of the mandatory protections, or of the competent-forum rights, that apply in the consumer's country of habitual residence.
